B2C Sales

Sales oriented customer support
Direct contact by phone, social media and customers at head office.
After-sales support. First contact with our customers in order to support their technical and commercial needs.
Present strategic and implement solutions to drive and grow sales.

B2B Sales
Responsible for sales reports, margins and prospects in targeted markets EU, UK.
Management of B2B customer portfolio.
Order management and accurate execution. Prospecting for new Partner Shops to support sales and after-sales.
Advanced technical knowledge about racing bicycles.
Quotation proposals for partnerships.
Organization and monitoring of monthly promotions.
Creation and maintenance of orders in ERP.
Partner Shop training.
Marketing and brand activation Campaign creation and execution Relationship management with sponsors and ambassadors.
Follow-up on the execution of the sponsored relationships. DemoBike fleet management.
PR - national and international events.
Organization of brand activation events, nationally and internationally.
Attendance at relevant events for sponsors and ambassadors follow up.
Manage relationships with national media.
Implementing and monitoring photo and/or video sessions.
Managing customers bike demo events and individual sessions.

Social networks and digital

Solid knowledge of social media management (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, etc.).
Content creation in keeping with the brand pillars and strategies.
Respond and interact with the brand’s fans and followers.

Qualifications

3+ years' of sales experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Advanced English & Portuguese.
Oral and written.
Proven experience in sales, particularly in direct sales and direct contact with international and local customers.
Proven experience in the bicycle business, preferably on high-end road bikes.
Ability to make engaging presentations and training sessions. Multilingual an advantage.
Solid knowledge of commercial account management. Versatile, resourceful, proactive and dynamic personality.
Fan of road, all-road, trail riding. Ability to work under pressure with a results-oriented mindset.
Knowledge in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
Availability to work on weekends.
Availability for frequent trips to UK and Europe.
Excellent organization skills problem solving ability.
Strong communication skills and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
At least a basic technical knowledge of bicycle mechanics.
